I was so excited this morning as i finally made a decison to lose weight a little bit/keep-fit, 2 bananas+1cup of milk was my breakfast today, plus 1 apple would be my lunch today, however when it was around 11:20am, my boss asked me to have lunch with, what else could i say?! And now meat, chicken, noodles are filled with in my stomach, errrrr
